Muy acogedor y por el tiempo que estuvimos hospedados fue muy lindo limpio y acogedor

En la habitación que estuvimos el baño estaba descubierto por arriba y compartía la misma cubierta de la habitación resultando incómodo al usarlo se debería mejorar

The hotel has an excellent location in a quiet and secluded area, while still being conveniently close to the terminal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help us with any issues that came up. The bed was comfortable, and the room had air conditioning. I would also like to mention the pleasant common areas, including a pool table and a nice space to relax and spend time with friends, with comfortable chairs and hammocks. We also really appreciated that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient.

My main concern is regarding a message on Booking.com stating that we did not show up at the property. I understand that this may have been a mistake, and I cannot say for certain why this happened. However, it was unpleasant to see this notification, especially since the hotel's conditions state that if a guest does not arrive without informing the hotel at least three days in advance, the guest is required to pay for the stay. It would also be nice to have more variety in the breakfast options included in the room rate, with the possibility to pay the difference and choose something more varied from the café menu (the basic breakfast costs around 3 dollars and is quite simple, usually just eggs, toast, and a piece of cheese). The room did not have much space for hanging clothes or storing luggage. The bathroom ventilation was also insufficient, so some odors from the bathroom reached the room. A shower curtain and a more practical waste bin in the bathroom would also be useful improvements.
