The location is great. The Las Vegas strip and airport are easy access and within a 20 minute drive. The rental is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Grocery and others stores close by.
The facility is nice but needs the following improvements. The place was marketed as a non-smoking facility but it was quite evident there was smoking the minute you walked in the door. We opened the patio doors to help air out the place even though there was an air filter running. Unfortunately, the lingering smell impacted our comfort during the stay. False eyelashes were found in one of the bunkbeds. This makes one wonder if the sheets were laundered. The rug in this same room was dirty and unappealing. These cleanliness issues detracted from the overall impression of the property. The ice maker did not work. There was no way to hang towels in the bathrooms, which was inconvenient. There were no lamps next to the beds for reading. The dining area did not have sufficient lighting as well. Additionally, there was not a stand or decent space to place a suitcase except on the floor, making unpacking difficult.
