Very good location being near the mall area
The facility has no escalation channel on visibility over contact information of the unit owner when there are concerns . They have to rely on the guest alone to communicate with the owner which can be difficult if you run out battery or data coverage.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. The location is beside a big shopping mall (SM Sta Rosa), which is convenient. The unit has air conditioning, fridge, microwave, hot water boiler, special coffee, toaster, water dispenser, shower with hot water, TV, internet, washing machine, parking, and other amenities. It was a great offer, a real deal value for money for a short stay.
No offense to the host, the unit is spacious and great, but if that were my place, I would rearrange the furniture and cabinets to look cozier. :-) Peace
