Let's start with the most obvious - the views are amazing. The big window fronts on two sides of the room look exactly towards the Unesco heritage Jatiluwih rice fields.
The Villa is very new and therefore very clean as well. There's a tub in the bathroom and a hot tub outside as well - we didn't try either, but I fear, the water heater might be a bit too small to properly fill them, especially the quite big hot tub outside.
Very recently, a café opened just across the street, so there is a breakfast option very close by.
The bed is comfortable and there are nice, comfortable chairs on the terrace as well.
Despite all the positive aspects and very special location, I think the price is too high.
To enter the small road, where this Villa is located, you need to pay an entrance fee (20k) and this would be necessary every day, when you exit and enter this area.
