La posizione lascia a desiderare per il contesto intorno molto sporca,e l'ingresso lascia molto a desiderare ma l'appartamento molto confortevole

The apartment was very nice for our stay – spacious, quiet, and comfortable - I think it had everything we needed. I also appreciate the contact with the site manager – there was a problem with remote opening of the building door (you need to somehow get into the building to pick keys from the keybox), and that part did not work (however, I would like to emphasize, the site manager admitted they were planning to change that opening system to something more reliable, therefore this problem may not exist anymore). But the person responsible for the site managed the problem appropriately – it was 1am at night, and he still organized a temporary place to sleep for us, transportation there, compensated for the issue, and then the next day we could enter that apartment – thanks again for being responsive and really trying to solve issues!

Very nice and cosy apartment quite near to Garibaldi Station ( cca.10-15 min). The surrounding streets quite dirty, garbage around, but we felt safe. The apartment was clean, with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, 3 small balconies. There was some initial problem with the hot water, solved by the owner promptly ( in a couple of hours). Easy independent check-in and check-out.

Some minor adjustments in the kitchen would be nice: a big knife for cutting food, bottle opener for wine and a frying pan adapted for the induction oven. The coffee machine and hot water boiler were ok, the kitchen is great for 4 persons.

It was exactly as it looks on the picture. Very clean and beautiful
