It is in quiet area and only about 5-10mins to station. Owner very responsive kind and accomodating as provided all amenities you could ask for. They have the best food in those little shops just in the alleyway nearby, if your like that western mainstream takeaway are also pretty close by.
The mattress was not high enough and bathroom is small however this is too be expected as this is japanese way of life and to be respectful of that.
