House on 5 Acres with Farm Animals in Bothell, Close to Seattle Bellevue Kirkland Woodinville

Very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room for our multigene family to enjoy. good communication from the owners. Felt very private.

The only difficulty was the beds were very high-quality and very firm which our family typically likes a little less firm of a bed. But for other people that may be just fine.

The property was beautiful. Lots of well kept lawn for the kids to run around and burn off energy, goats and a sheep for my daughter to give approved snacks to, and a kid sized basketball hoop in the driveway.

Only thing I’d change is a completely enclosed yard for the kids so I didn’t have to chase the toddler but that’s a me problem not them!

We used to live in the area and were returning to visit family and friends. The home felt very much like our prior home with some animals, space, and a full home (kitchen, bedrooms, living room, garage) and fresh eggs! The property also had extra parking for our truck and RV trailer we had on this trip, so overall, it was exactly what we needed for this trip. The host was very accommodating with this special need and others. The property was clean and well-maintained. The goats made quiet, pleasant noises and the chickens were on the other side of the property and can be visited. The hosts live on the property (in a separate home connected by a breezeway, but no shared walls) to tend to the animals and are easy to contact.

Each had our own bedroom and bath Loved seeing the animals outside. Loved the labeling on the kitchen cabinets and drawers Appreciated the personal note to welcome us. Appreciated the directions on how to find their home.

When we rented the unit, which was over $300 for the night, been assumed we were the only people renting it. Turned out there was a unit downstairs with a separate entrance. There were two friends having a reunion of sorts. And they talked till 1:30 in the morning. Mind you they weren't partying, just talking and catching up. But there clearly wasn't insulation between the floors and they shouldn't advertise the house as a house to rent when really it was more like a duplex unit So I didn't think it was right to be charging over $300 for the night Also there wasn't a toaster. Yet there was a waffle maker . That made no sense.
