The furniture and facilities were new

There were a lot of mosquitoes, and pigeons were nesting on the windows, which caused a very bad and unpleasant smell due to their droppings accumulating outside the rooms. There was also no proper management or supervision. The reception staff were not helpful at all and seemed to only handle bookings without any real support. Housekeeping staff entered rooms without permission, even if someone just mentioned a room number, without confirming if the person was the actual guest. This is unacceptable. Overall, the management is very poor and the staff are unqualified for their roles. The building is accessed by an unpaved road, there is no shade for parking, and the entrance area is dirty with pigeon droppings and empty dusty shops.
