I think, it's recently renovated, it has everything. The bed is comfortable and very clean!

the cleaners had left a wet towel in the closet and it smelled like a dead man in the hallway. The rest was perfect!

Spotlessly clean, spacious & modern apartment. Views are stunning (picture does not do it justice). Excellently positioned, a short 6/7 min walk to the lake down stairs & 10 mins to the station. Also approx 5 mins to the stunning waterfalls Orrido di Bellano. Take your time to appreciate this! People almost running around then complaining about the €8 price. Lovely little seating area in front to relax & enjoy the stunning views.

The mattress is sadly by far the worst I’ve ever slept on & let the apartment down. We found a heavier quilt & put that on as a “topper” our backs were agony after day two & we’re still suffering 😞. The apartment is advertised with a TV, it does not make clear however that there are no English speaking channels at all. There also appears to be air con but you are not permitted to use this & due to the ground level, can not leave windows open overnight. It wasn’t scorching hot so not dreadful but something to note during the hotter months. The exit button also failed leaving us trapped inside for 30 mins on our first day. 3 calls to the agents & they eventually sent someone up to let us out. Wasn’t a nice experience but these things do sometimes happen, the issue is it wasn’t handled very well. The owners live above, stood outside with the agent & didn’t so much as acknowledge us let alone apologise which was a shame. We were handed a key to the door (it’s a fob entry & button release exit) & told not to lose it as it’s the only key for the door! We were made to feel that we were somehow to blame! The agent sent did apologise & understandably said the button had not previously failed but this is a fire hazard if the button fails & no key is available. It was only later that day that we realised we could have climbed out of the bathroom or bedroom window if necessary but this didn’t solve the issue.
