Lighting downstairs could be better.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and tastefully decorated, creating a calm and relaxing space where it was easy to unwind. One of the things we really appreciated was the owner's thoughtful ethos. Wherever possible, items had been manufactured in the UK or sourced locally, which added a real sense of care and quality to the cottage. There were also some lovely welcome touches, including a selection of treats and beautifully scented soap, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The setting is lovely, with beautiful views across the field from the cottage and the river just a couple of minutes' walk away. Located in the village of Addingham, it's perfectly placed for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to Ilkley, Skipton, and the Yorkshire Dales. A peaceful, comfortable, and thoughtfully curated place to stay - we'd happily return.
