Ubicación, camas cómodas y bien equipado.
El apartamento en general está muy bien: buena ubicación en Famara, camas cómodas y un espacio agradable y bien equipado. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia fue agridulce debido a un problema importante a nuestra llegada. El apartamento no estaba limpio ni preparado para recibirnos, por lo que tuvimos que esperar a que llegara el servicio de limpieza antes de poder instalarnos con normalidad. Entendemos que pueden surgir imprevistos, pero consideramos que una situación así debería haber ido acompañada de una compensación adecuada por las molestias y el tiempo perdido, y la solución ofrecida nos pareció insuficiente. Una pena, porque el apartamento en sí cumplía muy bien con nuestras expectativas
