Great location and free all day parking behind building (in the summer at least) we were able to walk to nearby shops, gas station for ice, ice cream shops, restaurants, museums, and beach. Ping pong, board games, books, and smart TV kept us entertained. Open living space was great. Coffee pot, keriug, and toaster. Very comfortable beds

Stairs are quite steep and a little narrow which makes carrying luggage and groceries quite the task. No baking sheet, only one baking dish and a pizza pan, not enough silverware if you are eating/cooking there. If you use a air fryer a lot it would be worth it to bring your own! No Beach chairs and umbrella like pictures show but there is beach towels. Ice maker broken. Low water pressure in shower. Thin walls.

The space was beautiful and spacious. It felt welcoming and comfortable. It had everything we needed - utensils, cookware, etc. It even had a beach bag and beach towels. There were toiletries provided as well. A great place to stay.

There was not a designated parking spot. I would just recommend providing guests who are not familiar with the parking around there with maps for all day parking so they know where to park for overnight.
