Excellent apartment, it has everything you need including kitchen, dishes, electric stove and all required cookware and even washing machine (which was very useful for us). The apartment and all the furniture is new (also the building itself is new). The contact person was also very nice and responded very quickly to all our questions. The location is also great, not noisy, but still couple of minutes by feet from old town.
There was some smell, I think from ventilation. When I reported to the contact person he sent us cleaner to put dehumidifier.
