The place self is not bad, surroundings are ok, flat was quite clean and ready. We saw nothing terrible mentioned in the spring review - keys were handled and overgiven without problems, plenty of hot water. You can spend there your vacation without restrictions.

The main problem are the expectations and price. Based on the pictures and price you expect well maintained very nice apartment. BUT this is not what you receive. The apartment is old, badly maintained and the reality does not correspond to the shiny pictures. Rusty dishwasher smells by burned electro insulation each use. Rust is flaking off the showerhead, and you're afraid to touch it. And many more. The thing is. Even such apartments have its place. If you are ready to it, you can live there. Like mentioned before, in general it was clean and ready. BUT the shiny pictures and price does not correspond to reality. If the apartment was 40% cheaper and pictures would show reality, I would give 9 point rating. For the money paid it is hardly 5 points.
