Spacious and clean apartment

Broken and missing door handles to the bedroom and locks which did not work. Its a nice apartment but a fair few maintenance issues. I was advised there would be towels at the property i was left with two bath towels between a family of 6 and told I would be dropped off more towels the next day. Host made it very difficult and told me to wash existing towels. I said not to worry and that i would purchase more towels she then dropped off more towels on the 9th day of a 14 days stay. We were on the top floor with a baby and 3 small children lifts were constantly broken and we had to drag a pushchair up 7 flights of stairs not ideal with a bad back. When we spoke to concierge about the lifts he was instantly extremely hostile and rude and said to speak to the landlord if we had a problem. Overall not great and wont be staying here again. Fine for a adults but avoid if you have children. £1300 for a 2 week stay I dont feel the apartment was value for money.
