Great value for the price, pretty location, and close to the city center. It's nice to see small touches that make your stay easier. All the tech/appliances are available for your convenience. Don't be afraid of the past reviews; there wasn't any drain blockage, so I assume the host reacts and fixes things quickly. Feel free to stay here!
A minor downside was an occasional drain smell. I wasn't completely sure of the source, but that's typical for such a historic part of Porto. Opening the windows to air the place out helped a lot. Oh, a little drying rack would be useful as well.

Beautifully designed, super comfortable for a little family of three. We loved that there was real art on the walls, the care and quality that was put into the space, and the location was very convenient for taking a stroll into the city centre while having a quiet and cozy place to come back to.
The only thing we didn’t love (but it wouldn’t stop us from booking there again) was that the kitchen wasn’t super well equipped. The basics are there, but if you’d like to do even minimal cooking for yourself, there weren’t many utensils and we couldn’t find a cutting board or dish towel. We still loved it, it just would have been helpful to have those things in what otherwise felt like a very complete apartment.
