Thorani - 3BR Private Pool Villa 900 m SilverBeach by MO Estate

The villa is beautiful, very well equipped, and located in a great area. Although there is some construction going on nearby, it did not disturb us in any significant way and we did not consider it a problem. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We especially appreciated the equipment of the villa, particularly the kitchen – it really has everything you need, and there is no need to bring anything special with you. However, guests should keep in mind that this is a villa, not a hotel, so basic items such as toilet paper and similar supplies need to be purchased once they run out. Weekly cleaning is included, which is a big plus. The hosts are very kind, communication was excellent, and the house rules were very clearly and well explained. The information provided was really great – whenever there was, for example, a power outage or anything important to announce, they immediately informed us via WhatsApp. They were always reachable and helpful. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The deposit could also be paid in euros, which was convenient. As a positive recommendation, I would only suggest making the information about electricity and water clearer on Booking.com. At the time of booking, it was stated that water and electricity were included and that there were no additional charges. In reality, they are included only up to a certain limit, and usage above that limit is charged separately. We personally did not have to pay anything extra, and everything was handled correctly and transparently – the meter readings were photographed at check-in and check-out and sent to us via WhatsApp. So there was absolutely no issue with this. I mention it only as constructive feedback for the future, to avoid any possible misunderstandings with other guests. Overall, we were very satisfied. The villa is beautiful, the service is excellent, communication is perfect, and we would definitely recommend it.
