Treetops 4904 sits in South Forest Beach, the walkable middle of Hilton Head, where the shops and the sand are close enough to reach on foot and the buildings still disappear under a canopy of live oaks and Spanish moss. It's a quiet, established pocket — low-rise villas set around lagoons and shaded paths — and it puts you a short walk from Coligny without putting you in the middle of it. Inside, the villa is bright and easy to settle into. An open layout runs the kitchen, dining, and living areas together, with stainless appliances and everything you need for beach-day breakfasts and unhurried dinners at the table for six.
