Cozy Room Near center with Private Bathroom In a shared flat

The location is good. The hosts are nice. Very recommended for backpackers.

Only the room is private all the rest including the bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony are common. The host's belongings, hanging clothes, drying towels, soaps, shoes etc... are tidy but everywhere to be seen. My wife found that the bed's matress, cushions and the sofa in the room had stains, the sheets were clean. She said that the floor and carpet deserved to be vacuumed more. There is no television only a disconected computer screen. Although the hosts are careful the floor above is noisy and so are the metal beds. The elevator's light doesn't work properly. There is a good potential for improvement.
