No one informed about breakfast at desk , we went out and ate

Room has no windows and they don't refill the tea and cofee sachets in room, water was chargeable

The room itself was lovely. It was modern, the bed was very comfortable and it was overall just a decently sized and very pleasant room. The hotel staff were very nice and were also attentive in returning my belongings to me after I had left them behind while en route to the airport. They managed to send a member of staff to meet me after they noticed I had forgotten them.

The water supply in my room stopped working the night before I checked out and hadn't returned the following morning. I couldn't shower before I left or use the taps, and the toilet also wouldn't flush. I don't know if every room experienced this issue. It didn't bother me too much as I was leaving anyway, but I can imagine this would have been an inconvenience for other guests. The area also wasn't the best in my opinion. It was quite a distance from any main attractions but it is located near a metro station which is very handy.

Breakfast is not complimentary

The room was leaking when rain came and our bags where damaged. When this was pointed out they cleaned the water in the room. But we insisted for room change which they obliged. There was also a misunderstanding in room tariff between the staff. The rate for the room is a little on high side
