The Emerald Residence - Leicester - City Centre, Sofa Bed, Parking, Free WiFi, Netflix

Apartment was clean and set up was nice. Kitchen was fairly modern with dishes, cutlery and things, though we did not use. It had a huge fridge, microwave but I mostly picked it for the washer, which we did use. Bathroom had amenities though 1 bathroom there was no body wash. Decor was nice and some small touches that felt inviting and homey. I liked that there were 2 rooms AND 2 bathrooms as I was traveling with 2 children.

Location! Though it’s close to city center, at night the area is really sketchy. People loitering outside entrance, yelling, loud laughing and doors slamming throughout the night by other tenants. One night, we entered the building and people tried to get in behind us. Traveling with kids, I did not feel safe. Since we only had that night left, we didn’t check out but would have if we had more days. The building looks run down on the inside with worn carpets, walls and it was a maze to get to room. Thank goodness for DETAILED instructions from host otherwise never would have found building entrance or apartment itself. Once inside apartment, it was better. Apartment was in better condition than that the rest of building though some things could have been better. Sheets and towels are dingy and had stains. Table and chair in living room were wobbly. I gave it a higher rating than I want just because of the inside of apartment itself otherwise it would have been much lower.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The place was absolutely spotless and beautifully designed — honestly, it looked even better in person than in the photos. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth, from check-in to check-out, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were great and everything was exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and hassle-free place to stay.

Really nice property, looked even better in real life, super clean, and had all necessary amenities which was nice. Deposit was sent almost instantly after check out. Definitely recommend

Took ages to find, costing a lot more for the taxi fare. In fact I rang them & got the taxi driver to talk to them to find the place. Nice place but a few problems.

Very busy traffic outside as well as a fly over.was OK
