Master Bedroom With Private Bathroom And Private Entrance

Cannot beat the price. This is the master bedroom setup with new hotel size frig and microwave. Entry to the main home is closed off. The room is really big. The bed is big. The tv is huge. Funky colored lights all around the room parameter. The concrete flooring is industrial cool. The pool area nice. Plenty of parking. Cannot beat the price. No one up in your business, yet someone to talk to if you wanted to engage with the 'room with shared bath' renters from the other side of the home. Love the neighborhood. Easy walk to a great populated safe county park.

Entry is a traditional sliding glass door to the pool area. The original latch on the door is not functional. I was provided a padlock with rotating numbers on a dial and pointed to the two tiny eyelets screwed into the outer door frame and sliding door itself. One eyelet was pretty shacky. I could not get the padlock to work. I used my luggage lock thru the eyelets when leaving the premises. Better than nothing. However, there was literally no way to secure the door when in the room, i.e. sleeping. During my stay, the other room renters on the property seemed nice enough, but anyone - who has ever been there - knows you, and your belongings, are vulnerable.
