Appartamento appena ristrutturato, tutto perfettamente funzionante ed in ordine, cucina completa di ogni necessità (lavatrice e lavastoviglie comprese!), bagno nuovissimo e doccia spaziosa, aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, tutto curato al dettaglio e pulitissimo, ci è stato fornito anche un lettino per la bambina (con carinissimo ed inaspettato omaggio finale). Proprietaria disponibile e gentilissima, ci siamo sentiti quasi di casa per una settimana, grazie mille!

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement in Erdgeschoss. Im Centrum von Follonica. Sehr sauber. Alles bis auf Kleinigkeiten durchgedacht.
Wenn man Glück hat und ein gebührenpflichtiges Parkplatz vor der Tür findet, dann zahlt man ca 10€ pro Tag. Sonst hat man nicht mal eine Möglichkeit das Auto auszuladen, weil man auf der engen Einbahnstrasse nicht mal anhalten kann. In August wird die Parkplatzsuche sogar für geübte Fahrer ziemlich anstrengend

Parking can be a bit challenging, but that’s normal for a property located in the city centre. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Appartamento semplicemente meraviglioso: freschissimo, nuovissimo e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Tutto impeccabile, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Ma il vero gioiello è stata la proprietaria: disponibile, gentilissima e sempre presente quando necessario, ma mai invadente. Ci ha fatto sentire accolti e a nostro agio fin dal primo momento, con una cortesia e un’attenzione davvero rare. Un soggiorno perfetto, in una struttura che consiglio assolutamente. Ci tornerei senza alcun dubbio!
