Radiant Center Apartmant

The location of this apartment was great. It was possible to walk into old town. Overall the apartment looks nice.

Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned properly. There was dust all over the floor, bathroom was not mopped nor cleaned properly. The shower did not work, the water pressure was super weak and water went everywhere. We also missed having a kettle and some tea bags. Another letdown were the towels - the two of us only got one hand towel and one large towel, so one of us had to use the hand towel as a towel.

Position

The apartment itself is decent and well located, and I appreciated being allowed to check in slightly earlier once cleaning was finished. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to communication and some basic amenities. Check-in instructions were initially unclear (wrong code provided), there was no working Wi-Fi during my entire stay, only half a roll of toilet paper for three days, and no basic kitchen items (not even a small pot or cup). The blanket provided was very light despite very cold outdoor temperatures. I was advised to increase the heating, but that does not replace proper bedding. What made the biggest difference, unfortunately, was the tone of communication, which felt defensive and unwelcoming rather than helpful. Hospitality is not only about the space, but also about how guests are treated. With more attention to details and a more courteous approach, the stay could be much better.
