COLIVING - Silva Bedroom - Convenient & Near CERN

Great location, responsive hosts and comfortable! Convenient for people visiting CERN as there's a bus stop right in front of the building.

Nothing

Overall, I really enjoyed my time here. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The fan provided in the room was also a great addition and was very helpful during my stay. The bathrooms were clean and convenient to use, and the apartment itself was generally well maintained. The living room was also very nice, we enjoyed watching the Club World Cup matches there together. In addition, the landlord was very friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever assistance was needed.

There were, however, a few points that could be improved: 1) My room had no windows, which made it quite hot during the recent heatwave in France. Fortunately, there was a fan in the room, which made the situation more manageable. 2) The toilet seat was occasionally not as clean as expected. 3) In the shared kitchen, some guests did not always wash the dishes properly. I often had to rewash dishes before using them, unless they had just come out of the dishwasher. Besides these issues, I really enjoyed my stay and had a very positive experience overall.

Rien

The apartment is ok, but the bedroom had no window, making it very stuffy. Some of the longer-term tennants also occupy a lot of the shared space and do not keep it as tidy as it should be, which also made this co-living somewhat less enjoyable. The location is great though and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

Photos show the space to be much neater and more stylish than the reality which is a bit worn-down.
