2 Bedroom - The Viking- Seahouses

Fantastic location in Seahouses. Very clean and modern apartment. Good safe parking and it’s free.

Lovely sofa but not comfortable or big enough after a long day walking with 2 children. Also the noise the toilet and shower makes when water is in use.

Right on the beach although at the back of the buildings overlooking the pub car park. Water glimpses from balcony. Undercover car parking was good! Washing machine! Comfortable bed.

The bathroom water used a pump! It was obviously originally designed to be a one bedroom apartment. The bathroom was turned into a second bedroom and the new bathroom had to have the water for toilet, basin and shower pumped. It worked well but it was noisy and I felt bad for the neighbours. For some reason the washing machine was not connected to the water pipe so we had to wait until the next afternoon to have it fixed. Luckily we were staying 3 nights. The owner attended to it quickly!

The bedrooms, beds were soooo comfy and the curtains gave complete black out, excellent location, perfect base for exploring the coastal landscape.

For a two bedrooms apartment with sleeping quarters enough for 4 adults there was only settee space for 2 people and we couldn’t sit together comfortably as a family, we had to use the dining chairs which wasn’t ideal at the end of a day of walking 10 plus miles, would be suited to those who plan to go out in the evenings but we like to chill indoors and relax at the end of a long day out and about and there wasn’t really anywhere to lounge

the property is in a central location to Seahouses, walking distance to beach, shops and restaurant's. Good powerful shower, nice towels and comfortable beds.

Wifi was on a dongle and poor signal , had to keep it charged or would not work. The apartment lacked some basic essentials. There were no coat hangers in makeshift wardrobes, the shower needed an anti slip mat, there is no shelving ,toothbrush holder or mirror in toilet. The kitchen only had 1 small pot and 2 frying pans, also no instructions on how to use any of the appliances. We would expect at least a handwash in kitchen & toilet on arrival, which there was none of.
