Nice building and great location. Apartment is small, comfortable and clean with great balcony views. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes nearby.
The street noise can be loud at times and we noticed that the balcony doors didn’t fully close/seal, so maybe that would help with noise if it was fixed.

La ubicación, cerca de una zona con bastantes restaurantes y zona tranquila, el apartamento en piso 22 tiene muy buenas vistas de la zona sur de la ciudad y las amenidades permiten tener muy buenas vistas
Es un poquito pequeño pero se ajusta para estadías de 2 a 3 personas
