    Very friendly and accomodating staff. You can check in 24/7 which is good for travelers who comes very late. There is a great restaurant. A massage spe beside it too. Walking distant to the Old Church, Spring Water Park and also to the Beach.

    This budget hotel is a what you pay is what get. It has a room with its own bath and toilet and thats it. The most credit goes to how well the place is located. It is a walk from San Juan center, from food, from bars, from convenience stores. It is a few minutes ride from the spots you need to go to (Maria, Siquijor, Lazi) and there’s even a motorcycle rental directly in house. Just don’t expect much from the rooms. They are clean yes, but the size and the amenities is really within the budget mode. It is just for travelers who want to experience the island and have place to sleep in at the end of the day. If you are looking for a vista and a siesta, go find yourself a resort hotel. But then again, this place is doing every budget traveller a favor (through savings) and they are doing their accommodations well and I would love to stay here again.

    Need to improve the faucet inside the cr but over all this is good...Unlike Sea Breeze Haven Resort the water is not good even comformt room.

    I’d booked two nights, with hope of extending, if all turned out well. Immediately after checking into my room, I first noticed ants on the wall, and on my bed. After closer examination, I also discovered spiders and mosquitoes. I walked to front desk to report my discoveries. I was given a can of ant-killer spray, plus one stick of anti-mosquito incense. After I applied both, my “un-invited neighbors” gradually disappeared in my room until early the following morning, when I spotted on the wall a spider spanning nearly the size of my palm. On my second night of stay, I decided to leave room light on all night. Needless to say, that was my last night of stay.
