We had a great stay in this place. The location was good and it’s near to tourist spots. The room was clean. The bed was also good and there’s an aircon and fan. We just had some problem with the toilet because the flash and bidet weren’t working but it’s still okay as there was a faucet and shower.

Not very clean and well maintained, property was old, the bed sheets were thin and has old stains and the towels were old too. Wifi wasn't too fast and disconnects sometimes and the one outlet for charging was defective

I say 3night it was very convenient to all area in San Juan they have 2 restaurant in the front. The room was very small but good enough for solo travel very basic room. The bad thing they bed in Room 4 very noisy. The AC was very good water in the bathroom very cold they don't have water heater in the bathroom so good lunch for the spring cold water. But good value of money differently I will stay again when I coming back to Siquijor.

I’d booked two nights, with hope of extending, if all turned out well. Immediately after checking into my room, I first noticed ants on the wall, and on my bed. After closer examination, I also discovered spiders and mosquitoes. I walked to front desk to report my discoveries. I was given a can of ant-killer spray, plus one stick of anti-mosquito incense. After I applied both, my “un-invited neighbors” gradually disappeared in my room until early the following morning, when I spotted on the wall a spider spanning nearly the size of my palm. On my second night of stay, I decided to leave room light on all night. Needless to say, that was my last night of stay.
