    Our families reached at night we booked 3 rooms they didn't match the photos the acs were not working in 2 rooms one room in particular the ac was turning off as I asked them to change the room they refused and something or the other they did and the ac stopped working again in the middle of the night.

    I checkedin as a solo traveler,there is no such facilities like no cleanness, bathroom smells,no water and no towel you should ask for this,and I get the open waterthey are not providing RO water ,no staff facilities properly.cockroad and bedbugs are there in the room. Mostly I choose deluxe for comfort but getting like this type of room. Only the location is ok ,but if some one ask my opinion I will not suggest for this hotel to stay.
