    The location and ambiance are lovely, with a nice pool and balcony view, but the actual stay was very disappointing. The room and bathroom were poorly cleaned, with cockroaches and visible maintenance damage (like hanging dress hooks). Basic amenities like soap and towels were not placed in the room and had to be requested. ​Most importantly, the staff lied to us before booking, assuring us it was a family-friendly atmosphere. Instead, a large male group drinking alcohol took over the pool area, making it uncomfortable. Beautiful property, but dishonest management and lack of hygiene ruined our stay.

    Villas Montana sits atop a secluded hill with stunning morning and evening views. Mohammed, property manager, goes extra mile to ensure that your stay is comfortable and when we had transportation issues due to last mile narrow roads, he helped us with his own vehicle even during odd hours. Food quality can be improved. Overall facilities like clean pool, foam football and rain dance facilities made even my parents aged above 65 dance. Definitely recommend this if you are okay away from crowds and want a peaceful visit to Coorg.
