I have booked a room with Garden view , but was given a room with no window. When I complained the receptionist lady told me : "All our 22m rooms have no window"
To which I replied - "how am I supposed to know this information if it is written "garden view" in my booking.
The receptionist lady said - "no, this is the name of the hotel"
To which i responded - "it is written in the room description"
To which she said - "you can apply for cancellation, but this is a mistake on the system, you booked this room"
In other words, the hotel doesn't go any extra mile to serve customer's problem
If there is a problem you will be on your own to resolve it.
In many hotels with better customer service we would have been offered a room with the window to honor the booking. But not in this hotel.
The staff were more concerned to explain to me how the problem happened as opposed to taking care of my comfort.
Staff were very polite and mannered. But not concerned with helping. They are more interested to explain how the issue happened than to fix the issue.
Imagine I am standing with teh heavy bag at the reception and trying to understand how the system works ...
A traveler desn't care about explanation, as I know what I've booked.
Manager should check the description on the sites you are using.

The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Shuiwan Metro Station (Exit D), making it an ideal base for visiting the Sea World attraction area, which is within walking distance. here is also a grocery store, nearby local shops .Although the staff's English proficiency was limited, the check-in process was smooth with the help of Google Translate. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
