Il check-in in autonomia facile e veloce, il parcheggio privato a fianco dell'abitazione (indispensabile nei mesi estivi), la zona esterna anche se su strada e' ben realizzata con tende per proteggersi dal sole, la casa con 2 camere matrimoniali con doppi servizi. Tutte le finestre sono dotate di zanzariere, wifi funzionale, aria condizionata. La posizione vicina al mare con 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il primo stabilimento.
Per noi nessuno ma la ferrovia che passa a 30m, in caso di sonno leggero puo' essere un problema.
