8 Bedroom Ocean Front in Eleuthera Double Bay with pool

Sungate Estate exceeded every expectation. Perfectly located steps from crystal-clear Bahamian waters, the home is beautifully designed, immaculately maintained, and ideal for groups. Resort-style amenities on the property — expansive pool, sundeck, kayaks, snorkeling gear, pool table, and table tennis — kept us entertained all day. The host went above and beyond to make our stay flawless. If you want a private, unforgettable tropical getaway, Sungate is the place — we’ll definitely be back. We also love the pool table and the table tennis. The Marco was great.

We had an unforgettable stay at Sungate, an 8‑bedroom beach house in Eleuthera. The home is beautifully furnished and incredibly comfortable. The pool is large and stunning, with direct access to the ocean just steps down behind it — the ocean views are breathtaking. The kitchen is very well equipped, and kids (and adults) loved the games: ping pong, pool, and billiards kept everyone entertained. The property is extremely private on a large estate with no neighbors on one side. The beaches are spectacular — an 8‑mile stretch of white/pink sand to the right — and the snorkeling right in front of the house was outstanding. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend Sungate for families or large groups!
