8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
I was there for the Lone Pine Film Festival events and really did not interact with anything at the resort
I didn't have instructions for controlling the AC. At times, it was a bit cooler than I'd like while I was relaxing in the bungalow. Once I found that I had something to control it, there were no instructions telling me how to use it. At times, I would have liked to turn it down a bit, but there were no instructions anywhere in the bungalow explaining how to use it and I didn't want to sit there punching buttons to figure it out.

View of the sierra. Staff on reception were friendly
Was pretty basic and wasn’t massively clean and was poorly equipped- 2 chairs and 2 mugs for 4 of us. I didn’t have energy to request more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great little campground. Clean with beautiful backdrop.
Cabin could have used better air conditioning.

The setting of the small cabin was great. We were able to plug in our ev nearby, which was helpful - and it was reasonably close to Lone Pine. The staff on arrival and checkout were helpful and pleasant
The "breakfast" (mediocre muffins and coffee) were missable, unfortunately. The murphy bed was jammed in a corner, soft, and difficult for two people to share.
