La ubicación excelente, muy accesible y limpio

Como detalle por decir algo a lo mejor un poco más de productos del lavabo pero en general todo muy bien , más que recomendable

We arrived half an hour earlier, and the code was set to work only from a certain hour, but in the end, I called the host, and she worked it out quickly. Great Location, a lot of quality Cafes and Restaurants around. The central heating worked so well, especially because it was quite cold in Toulouse when we were visiting.

The check in time is quite late, we had to kill some time as we arrived at around 1pm and we had to wait 3 hours, which was a bit difficult because we also had the car, and its very hard to find a parking space in the old part of town. This made it hard to unload our baggage, since you cannot park or stop in front of the building. Also carrying our baggage all the way up to the 2nd floor was difficult. The caution/deposit of 300€, i felt, is a bit too much and also it took a bit of time for the company to return it back.

L’emplacement et la connexion wifi était bonne.

- 2 essuies de douches étaient présents mais puaient l’humidité et le mal lavé, j’ai dû utiliser celui qui sentait le moins mauvais (super agréable…) - Je n’avais pas de papier toilette à mon arrivée; la personne qui s’occupe du ménage n’en avait pas pris avec elle et, apparemment, était trop pressée que pour aller en chercher en urgence au petit magasin qui se trouve à 2min à pieds - Le lit était composé de 2 matelas posés l’un sur l’autre, celui du dessus glissait tout le temps - Il y a clairement des travaux et améliorations à faire dans ce logement; peinture qui s’écaille sur les carrelages de la sdb, la bonde de la baignoire ne se ferme pas car le bouton rotatif est cassé (impossible de faire un bain) - Le ménage n’était pas top
