The only potential thing is absence of washing machine but it's highly subjective to people who need it in their trips. And missing hygiene shower or bidet is a subtle downside.

Our stay was fantastic! The place is wonderful, clean, and organized, with an excellent location. The bus stop is right there and the metro station is very close. The service was great. Thank you.
