We enjoyed the quiet, private feel of the neighborhood. The property had everything we needed and way more. The day of our arrival, a utility hit a line and the property owner quickly communicated with us and quickly mitigated any issues. When we arrived everything was perfect. It was fairly close to groceries and the sites we needed to get to. We spent time in downtown KC and it was a quick 20-minute drive. We felt safe. We would stay here again.
It was starting to get hot outside, so learning that we needed to use the whole house fan to remove heat and humidity upstairs took us an extra day to figure out. The first night was a little warm in the upstairs bedrooms. By night #2, we had the AC cooling figured out.
