The floors creak very loudly, if it bothers someone, they should know that. What you need to know: you have one key, and the door does not have a latch on the outside. It happened to us that our key was left in the apartment and we had to pay a locksmith to open the door for us. It was very stressful doing all that at 10 pm with a child. Additional recommendation for the owner: if you have a coffee machine - leave coffee for the guests, if you have a washing machine - leave washing liquid. Also, we would be very happy if you put a bottle of cold water for us because we reported that the plane was arriving at 1 after midnight. We also had a bit of unkind communication with the person who runs this apartment, I don't think he's the owner.
