It was our first time of booking an air b n b property, was nervous as I didn't know what to expect, the host was very helpful and patient. And the whole process was very easy. Thankyou.

The decore was so nice loved all the iconic pictures on the wall. It was super clean and the communication from the hosts was always friendly, and reliable. Will definitely stay again

This is a lovely little apartment nicely decorated. It offers good value for money.

Sadly, this was not as described. It is described as having parking. There is no parking on site. The apartment block parking is not available to guests. There is public parking 9 mins walk away but this can be said for most apartments in Birmingham. There is nowhere to leave luggage so it's a walk with luggage. You then have to go to the local shop to get the key fob. The 'garden view' is the car park which has some plants and trees in it. It's not visible from the apartment when the door is closed. This is a studio apartment so the second bed is within the same space as the main bed. It didn't have proper bedding; just a sheet over the sofa bed and a fleece blanket to sleep under. The bath has no plug so can't be used and not enough bath towels to have one each. Sadly the owners are being let badly down by the property managerment as the maintenance of external areas is sadly lacking with piles of rubbish and dirty stairwells. The property offered great value for money but please be honest about it as this impacts the expectations and in turn the experience.
