I loved the convenience, the cleanliness, the functionality. It’s a 10/10

I loved everything

The location was good; just by a great street easily accessible for yango/uber. The cleanliness was also VERY good. The place was so cozy, homy and fresh. The fact that the place had a decent swimming pool and my kids would take a swim either during the day or early evening. The place was super tidy. Fast internet, no power outage. The environment was also so serene, quiet and very secure.

Not to say didn't like, but could be done better, I think the housekeeping for example: They may consider doing Laundry and ironing beddings for the apartment at their laundry area and not necessary right at the apartment, to give room for more privacy for the guests. Daily provision of new bathing towels and tissues for the entire house and bedrooms by housekeeping would also be appreciated, on some days we had to request for them, for some rooms even after cleaning was already done. Overall, they were exceptional.

Booked this property at the last minute as I desperately needed a place to stay. It turned out to be the best decision I made as I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived, the property is clean and has very hardworking people who are friendly and respectful as well as good human beings in general. The place has a swimming pool & a gym which I made the most out of throughout my stay. The check in process is flexible with the communication with the manager being flawless, I also like the fact that there’s one, two & three bedroom apartments in the property which gives you the option to move depending on availability if you are having more guests stay over. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Zambia 😁
