The Flat was amazing, clean , modern

My experience at this apartment was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. After I informed the hoster that I intended to file a complaint through Booking.com claiming about car parking the leave an honest negative review, his behavior became aggressive He grabbed my luggage and physically pulled me. He also started to speak racist words about my religion and country in front of my wife and threatened me. This incident was shocking, humiliating, and completely inappropriate for any hospitality establishment. and because i was too tired I started to to say I will not report any thing to booking No guest should ever feel intimidated, threatened, or physically assaulted for expressing an honest opinion or making a complaint. I felt unsafe during my stay and was deeply concerned for my family's well-being. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution and carefully consider other accommodation options.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Alles war in Ordnung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen.
