Good location, connecting to mall & mono rail. Modern looks
Cleaning system was horrible, we had stayed 11 night they told me they do cleaning every 5 days but entire my stay they didn’t come for cleaning.😔😔 and there was no water filter for drinking water. And they should provide enough toilet tissue and face tissue.

Strategic location. Attached to monorail station which is the star for this place. Easy to move. Room also spacious.
Ceiling fan was a bit dusty. Some people are so sensitive to dust. Please improve cleanliness before guest check in, in future.
Can also attach manual to use the washer dryer because it's a bit confusing on how to operate it.

Caretaker needs to respond early morning checkout calls immediately. Had to call few times for a response.

Location. Since it is attached to Quill mall. Easy to get food without driving out.
When we arrived, i texted the PIC to checked in and he said to check email / message on the apps. They sent an email (on the same day of the date) to cancel the booking because the unit has plumbing problem. Specifically just "check message on app" after 10mins of sending my booking info. I was with 3 kids and my elderly mother on hari raya day.
I insist to get a replacement unit. Had to wait about an hour before we get to check in.
