The villa is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped, with air conditioning, several TVs and comfortable beds. The area is peaceful, and beautiful Rova Beach is only about an 8-minute drive away. Overall, we had a very good stay.
Cleanliness and maintenance did not meet a 5-star standard. The floors, terrace and pool area were not properly cleaned, and the outdoor pool shower had noticeable green build-up. No WiFi information or connection instructions were provided. Centipedes repeatedly appeared from drains/openings in the evenings. Access to the villa is via very narrow roads and can be stressful with a larger car. A lovely property, but cleanliness and maintenance definitely need improvement.

Wasn't the cleanest place. The pool was also not the cleanest. No locks on the bedroom doors.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very modern, super-equipped and the interior design is beautiful. The outdoor kitchen was a highlight, with a large barbecue and everything needed for cooking outside. The landlord was also very quick to respond to our WhatsApp messages. Malinska, a small town with plenty of restaurants, is about a 10–15 minute drive away
Having a car is a must, as there’s nothing within walking distance. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and other attractions are all at least a 15-minute drive away.
