Tommy was a great host! And was super clear with instructions about check in and check out well in advance. The location was great, within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and amenities, and sufficient space for easy parking. The bedroom was spacious, lots of outlets for charging, and good privacy. Slept well, no disturbances even though the room was facing the street. Bathroom has 2 sinks and was adequate, though could be cleaner. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable. If all you need is a place to sleep, this place is a great value.

A peaceful, rustic hidden gem in Burnaby
I had a nice stay at Brentwood Home. It’s a charming, rustic wooden house tucked away on a quiet slope. Even though it's on Parker St, I couldn't hear any traffic noise at all—it was incredibly peaceful. The house provides all the essentials you need for a good night's rest: the bed was very comfortable, the heating worked perfectly, and there was plenty of hot water in shared bathroom.
The location is also very convenient. It’s just a short walk to Safeway at the intersection of Hwy 7A and Willingdon Ave, where you can find plenty of food options. Plus, Brentwood Town Centre on other eay is within easy walking distance. Highly recommended if you want a quiet, cozy spot in this area! Especially, price is good as well!
