Very clean and the kitchen was excellent, with a full-size refrigerator and stove and dishwasher. The bed was quite comfortable, and the air-conditioning worked well.

While we knew that it was a studio apartment, it was smaller than we expected. Also, the location in a neighborhood and off an alley was not quite what we expected. The outside chairs need to be replaced. We were given the option to stay a little longer as long as we paid for it. Also they were pleading for a five-star review. We have found that not infrequently when we encounter places with mostly 5-star reviews we have no way to really differentiate between properties and can be disappointed. We believe an honest review is much more helpful for guests. We have stayed in many places over the years in the U.S., Europe and Costa Rica and to give a five star we want to find something special. Not perfect but special.

The property was absolutely fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. The location was excellent for exploring Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and the surrounding area, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing when we returned at the end of the day. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and clearly very well looked after. We genuinely felt at home here and would happily stay again.

Very honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was exactly as described, if not better, and we couldn’t find fault with our stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer!
