Ótima localização, da pra deixar o carro enfrente e ir na praia, super mercado, bairro da passagem tudo a pé vários roles. O suporte do anfitrião também é exemplar, pessoal muito gente boa e prestativo em questão de indicar passeios e roles pela cidade.

The location is perfect to stay relax and in the center. Davi is a very attentive host, is safe to deal with him if you have some question or problem. Excellent illumination
The location doesn't have a bathroom door. If you don't need privacy, this wouldn't be a problem for you, but the bathroom doesn't have a door or a ventilation window. Another thing to note is that the stairs are very narrow; this wasn't a problem for me, but it's worth mentioning. I'd say these are the only negative points; everything else is perfect.
