People here live a very simple life at a slow pace compared to the western lifestyle, they greet each other and take time to listen to each other. This is part of the rural Dominican culture and serenity. Playa Rincon is 14 minutes and Playa Fronton 17 minutes from the house. Samana town centre and the Samana Whale Museum are only 20 km away. Samaná El Catey International Airport is a 50-minute drive away.
