The location is perfect, short walk to 3 different subway stations, and streetcar stop around the corner. The apartment is very nice, well designed, and fully equipped. Never had to wait for the elevator. The shower is spacious.
The A/C was not able to cool enough (may need service) and opening windows at night wasn't great since they didn't have mesh so we ended up with mosquitos. Minor inconvenience but easy to fix.
