Finca LOS LLANOS

We were very fortunate to find this gem of a villa available at short notice as it came on to the rental market for the first time. Situated at the centre of an estate with a mountain backdrop it is surrounded outside the villa walls on 3 sides by fields of local crops and is located inside a secure gated area adjacent to the small farm office. The villa grounds provide ample parking for 3 cars at the front and further covered basement parking areas for at least 3 more cars at the side amid a second mature garden. The quality of the villa fixtures and fittings is extremely high and with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms there is sufficient flexibility for most large families. My own family of 9 ranging in ages from 74 to 3 found it met all of our needs with plenty of room to spare. The rooms are all spacious including the kitchen, lounge and dining facilities and the terrace area of mature beautiful palms and grassed lawn provided a wonderful setting for al fresco meals in the sun or shade as preferred. The private garden pool was a great hit, particularly with the children and was maintained throughout our visit. Met at the villa by Jose he was most supportive, even providing a new gas fired barbecue for the villa to add to the existing extensive fully equipped kitchen and utility facilities. The small coastal village of Guimar with its range of shops, cafes and restaurants is located just a short drive (4 kms) from the villa while ready access to TF1 provides an easy drive to the Tenerife airports, supermarkets, water parks and larger towns. Fina Los Llanos is truly a high quality, well equipped, spacious and quiet location in which we thoroughly enjoyed our family stay.
