we knew we were taking a risk booking a new property with no reviews, at the price we weren’t expecting perfection. the villa itself is really nice and the staff is super helpful and responsive!
we had issues throughout the majority of our stay. the water heater was broken so the showers had no hot water. staff had to come and install a new water heater, and had to return another time; not very private! Its right next to a vet so at night we could hear the dogs howling. On our last night, the power went out in the middle of the night and we were woken up by very loud beeping. To their credit, each time, the owner was responsive and fixed the issue as soon as possible. The location is near melasti beach (10 min drive), but there is not many places to eat around.
